Ulrik Raysse

Ulrik Raysse is the founding partner of ARROW – a company with an international mindset founded in 2012 and based in Copenhagen.
Ulrik has been active on the global scene for more than a decade leading large international multidisciplinary teams to success.
He is an experienced international speaker, juror at international competitions and has been appointed external examiner at the Danish Royal Academy of Fine Art.
In his spare time, Ulrik enjoys working with his hands, building, repairing and cultivating the ground in the family cottage outside of Copenhagen, and telling his kids that there is no elevator to success – you have to take the stairs.
