Mariusz Mroczek

Mariusz joined Colliers in September 2019 as Associate Director in Corporate Finance for CEE covering financial advisory of customers’ looking for debt and mezzanine financing. His scope of work will cover also support on other services provided by Corporate Finance Unit; raising capital and gaining capital partners.
Before joining Colliers International, Mariusz Mroczek spent 6.5 years in UniCredit Spa, based in Vienna as Director in CEE – Real Estate Financing. Mariusz was responsible for bank financing of international investors in CEE countries incl. Russia and Turkey. Size of transactions was usually above EUR50mn and includes cross border portfolio financing.
His previous professional experience includes work for bank Pekao SA / UniCredit Group, covering the financing of real estate projects in Poland.
Mariusz Mroczek has graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
