Lilia Kouzmina

Lilia Kouzmina is a Head of Sustainability at Eastnine, a Swedish real estate company focused on modern and sustainable office and logistics properties in the Baltic capitals. Sustainability is an integral part of Eastnine’s strategy and they aim to take responsibility for the environment, the people and the markets in which the company operates. Lilia has extensive experience in emerging markets investing and has been working with sustainability aspects of real estate operations for the last four years. She is a CFA charterholder and has a degree in finance from Stockholm School of Economics and in sociology from Central European University.
