Karolis Šarūnas

Karolis is the fund manager of IAM European Student Housing Fund, which is currently managing operational and greenfield student housing projects in Vilnius, Kaunas, Riga and Krakow. Since 2019, he has worked on initiating first greenfield student housing projects in Lithuania and Latvia. The fund is currently aiming at establishing itself as one of the leading pan-CEE players in a fast developing private student housing market.
