Christine Reitsamer

Christine is Head of Real Estate Research for KPMG Germany and as Senior Manager in the areas of Real Estate M&A and Real Estate Management Consulting. Prior to KPMG, Christine spent over 12 years as a sell-side equity analyst at international investment banks. Since 2015, she has been a Director at Baader Bank, where she has been instrumental in helping to build the Investment Banking division, which was established in 2011. In the course of this, she established equity coverage for industrial and real estate companies in Austria, Germany and Switzerland and positioned Baader Bank as a new broker among international clients and the Austrian financial community. Furthermore, she was responsible for financial market transactions on the research side (IPOs, spin-offs, capital increases). Since 2015 the focus was on real estate companies. Prior to Baader Bank, Christine worked among others for the international brokers CA Cheuvreux (now: Kepler Cheuvreux) and Sal. Oppenheim as sellside equity research analyst for real estate and industrial companies.
