Ann T. Natunewicz

Ann Natunewicz combines a broad-based retail real estate and financial markets advisory background with 20+ years of development and leasing transactions experience worldwide.
Working in Colliers’ San Francisco office since 2013, she has leased 200,000+ square feet of retail space and serves as an asset management consultant to multiple ownership groups.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2011 she spent 12 years in-house with three of the U.S.’ largest equity REITs, focused on ground-up development, value-add redevelopment, anchor leasing, and retail merchandising.
She is active in Colliers’ international platform and was named a 2017 “Power Woman in Bay Area Real Estate” by Bisnow Media Group. Ann holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Geography and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
