Giovanni has worked for many years in the real estate industry, and was founder and CEO of Renta, a primary Italian network of consulting real estate financing.
As a financial and strategic consultant he has worked for over 10 years with leading Italian real estate funds and private investors in the real estate sector, advising the selection of investments, the set-up of the financing and the preparation of turnaround plans. Thanks to his experience as a direct investor in several European countries, in 2008 Giovanni Dalla Zonca founded the Baltic RE Group.
Giovanni Dalla Zonca regularly participates as an expert speaker and entrepreneur at important international conferences in the sector and is a columnist for articles and studies on the real estate industry for leading international publications.
Giovanni has graduated with honors in Economics from the University of Trieste.
