Gabriele Gegeviciute joined Capitalica’s Investments Team in 2020 and currently serves as an Investment project manager. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed at BPT Real Estate as Head of Transaction Advisory. Previously she worked as an Investment Advisor at Newsec Baltics.
Gabriele has extensive experience structuring transactions in the Baltic markets. Since 2015, she has played an instrumental role in over €215 million transactions in all major commercial real estate asset classes. In 2022, Gabriele also started to write a monthly real estate newsletter on LinkedIn called “Water & Concrete: What’s behind?”, with ca ~630 subscribers.
Gabriele graduated from the University of ISM University of Management and Economics with a B.Sc. in Science (International Business and Communication).
